Staff seem ok but fine print left them liable in my case

Old scratched car. Staff nice office sparse..they wanted us to pay more when we had already fully paid.

They require a pretty hefty hold ($3000) when you pick up a small car. But everything worked just fine. We would use them again.

Had a car for three days, good price, the car was very clean and worked well. The lady at the branch when borrowing the car was kinda slowish and seemed a little confused, the other young guy managed to serve 2 customers at the same time. We were driving to the branch to return the car and noone was around (it was still office hours though) so we just left the car keys in a box.
