I've used Alpha Car Hire both here in Australia (Melbourne) and in New Zealand and found their cars to be reliable clean and ready to go. Their shuttle services and staff were very good to deal with. The price of each rental was way less than any other company both here in and in New Zealand for the small effort of having to be shuttled to their depot at the airport. I think they're a fabulous company. :)

I used Alpha for the first time at Melbourne Airport.  The check-in service was easy and the staff were great.  The car was ready and in great condition with a full tank of fuel.  Will definitely use again. A great service at a great price.

I have used Alpha exclusively when I travel to Melbourne for about 6 years now.  They are always great value, friendly staff and very efficient. The fleet is very modern and I have never had a problem with any vehicle.  They have recently started sharing shuttles with Jetport, making it less than 5 minutes wait between pickups from the airport.  I would highly recommend Alpha car hire.

It was really nice to not have to fight the traffic at the airport to collect the car as the shuttle was there when we arrived. Also the drop off is easy, being away from the airport. Staff were very obliging when I asked for a larger vehicle.

I have travelled to Melbourne for several years and have found there service great from hiring the car, picking it up to drop off.  The staff so helpful and friendly, love the fact the shuttle is there when you arrive and ready to drop you back to airport. Would recommend them to anyone.
