Had a great experience with East Coast Car Rental during my stay in Melbourne from 1 August to 7 August. The whole rental process was smooth and straightforward, from collecting the car to returning it.nnThe car was clean, comfortable and suitable for our trip, including our drive along the Great Ocean Road. The staff were helpful and the overall experience was hassle-free.nnReturning the car was also easy and convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider using East Coast Car Rental again the next time I visit Melbourne. Highly recommended!

What a great team! Phone nearly died when we arrived the airport, the drive checked with his team and agreed to take us to the office. With Nees’s support, we got the car rented fast and with competitive price. He was really helpful and welcoming. I told him: ‘We’ll come back next time for sure because of your excellent service Nees’

We enjoyed the service throughout our stay. Sylvia gave us amazing service, she listened well, extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. Originally I had booked a regular small SUV for 3 days. But Sylvia had managed to get us a Tesla at a discount amount and we ended up extending for another day and it was no problem ! My mum was extremely happy as she’s never been in one before and was so excited she don’t stop talking about it . She made sure we were taken care of and was also happy for us to get a new experience.

Just want to give a little shoutout to Silvia at East Coast Car Rentals - MEL from our recent rental. At collection time, the car category that I booked were pretty limited due to clashing with peak returns hence, most cars are still turning over by them washing etc.nnShe took me to see probably the only car available but there is a slight damage and I am not very keen as it is on the windshield though I had pre-purchase full protection cover with ECR. She mentioned then the next option would be a car on a different category which she also showed to me and may require a top-up.nnI was ready to top-up as the car is a better for my group and baggage for comfort. I was then advised to head back into the office and wait for her. Upon her return to the counter and to my surprise, she managed to get us a free upgrade from her manager. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by her clear thoughts and understanding. We could not have a better start to our holiday after our flight delays.nnThank you once again ECR, Silvia, Jass pardon me if I got your name wrong, our two shuttle drivers - Kathy & Lucas for a wonderful service.

Took the shuttle from the airport. The pdf guide is easy to understand and booking the shuttle can be done online from a link provided . I am serve by Anees, very thankful for his help , especially after hearing I am driving to mt Buller. His advice help me a lot.thank you.  It was an enjoyable drive up to the mountain .
