Super easy pick-up of my rental car. Shuttle was quick to arrive and the depot is only about 5-7 mins away. Our rental car was pretty much brand new 16km on the odometer, obviously clean and without any issues. Drop-off after the rental was very easy. Can’t think of any negatives with our rental experience. Would recommend.

East Coast Car Rentals ranks up there with any of the rentals  known Internationally. Their service is outstanding both at the counter when picking up the car, the shuttle service, as well as when returning the car that is simply a drop off with no further paper work. All information and billing was received via email quickly. The extra insurance purchased with them was fairly inexpensive and left me with nothing to pay should any damage occur. At 80 years of age I was still able to rent.

nWe rented a car from East Coast Rentals for six weeks while visiting family in Australia and the experience was excellent. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy  and the car was faultless throughout our trip. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend East Coast Rentals and would happily use them again!

Everyone in the office was amazingly helpful, but I have to give the most credit to Ben for outstanding service. He went above and beyond, and patiently waited for me to sort out international banking issues. We finally got there and I was able to get on the road. The car was immaculate other than needing a bit more attention to the inside of the windscreen. I would definitely use them again. The airport shuttle was great both ways, and Balvinder is an excellent driver; very helpful and courteous. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

East Coast offered me a positive car hire experience with friendly, helpful staff and efficient service. The quick and easy booking process inclusive of the free shuttle service to and from Melbourne Airport is exceptional. The staff's friendliness and professionalism, made the pick-up and drop-off smooth and hassle-free. An excellent rental company providing good value for money and free upgrades i've experienced. A highly recommneded company with a reliable and convenient affordable hire whilst in Melbourne.
