We used East Coast Rentals for a car in late Jan 2025. We were very pleased to be handed the keys to an excellent, clean, near new car at a great price. Convenient options including different sizes of car seats for the kids and zero excess for peace of mind. A+

As a returning ECC customer handover was very smooth and our car was ready to go immediately. Shuttle service was good, on return our flight was outside opening hours. My girlfriend opted to drop off and run to the airport - about a 20 minute run. Electric car worked very well in Melbourne. We used a free charger on Philip Island and also paid about $13 for half a charge.

Super easy rental experience on my recent trip. The shuttle to the off-site location was waiting for me right outside the Qantas domestic arrivals hall - and then it’s just a short 5 min ride to where I was greeted with no queue at pickup and was given the exact model I had reserved. Car was clean and in good condition, which is a testament to their upkeep as the vehicle was approaching 70,000km. The only thing to note was that the windscreen fluid must have been low as it run out very quickly, I also had to wipe dirt off the wipers to get them to run smoothly.nNo reason to spend more on the other rental providers.

Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.nnOverall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely consider booking with East Coast Car Rentals again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent first-time experience with East Coast car rental, despite a minor issue. I had to delay the car collection by about 35 minutes due to multiple car changes. The first car had a door issue, and the second car's glove box was filled with sticky residue.nnWill I go back to ECCR? Absolutely. They resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. The airport pickup was quick and easy to book. The staff were friendly, and they had a large fleet of vehicles.nnOverall, ECCR surpassed other car rental companies, and I will definitely return to them.
