Overall very smooth experience renting a car here. I rented through Sixt and they partner with this company in Melbourne. The only mild inconvenience is the off airport lot - but it's only about 10 minutes away via the shuttle van which you call for when you get there to ensure you're in the right spot for it to pick you up.

Great value and super clean car. Shuttle very efficient and helped us rush back to the airport to make our flight. Also, staff were super helpful in returning some clothing I left in the car.

Excellent prices ultra friendly staff professional from the start to the end the experience was wonderful I didn't know who East Coast Car Rentals were beforehand but I will certainly remember them from this point on because this is going to be who our family users everytime we're on holiday interstate use them they are wonderful
