Rude and abusive. The bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Don’t waste your time or money!

Incompetent . Can’t mange bookings through Expedia . Don’t bother ! Booked and confirmed only to arrive an after an hour of waiting to no cars and rude staff.

Avoid. Not worth your time or energy, try Budget nearby I am having an excellent experience there since Economy was a tremendous letdown.

This company is terrible . I have a booking at 10:30am. They asked me to call a mobile number when I have arrived the airport and will arrange a shuttle bus to take me to their office. I have been calling the number from 10:10pm to 11pm and no one pick up my calls. I also found their office number on Google and tried calling . And someone picked up my call and told me they will contact me when the driver arrive and after another hour hours wait I tried to call the office number again and was told that the vehicle I booked is rent out too and no vehicle is available. It's unbelievable . I can't believe a Australian company would provide this kind of service.
