This is the worst car rental from Hertz, while i am still driving this car and returning on 6th Jul. I have to let Hertz know how bad they are:nn1. The car was not cleaned up and left peanuts , rubbish and even listerine bottle in the seat.nn2. The engine oil symbols showing on the panel, not sure it is safe to drive. But need to register this in case anything happens to me.nnVery bad service!
HERTZ Melbourne is one of the best places to pick up a car. The staff are amazing. We had a Wonderful NZ lady look after us and she was friendly, helpful and funny. She made sure we got what we ordered and was brilliant. Thank you
