Booked them twice as I found them to be the cheapest and most convenient in Melbourne. They are located in the airport and that makes it so easy to pick up the car, they open until midnight so is perfect if your flight arrives quite late. Their cars are clean and pretty good, I usually rent a small hatchback as they have better fuel economy.

The car was fine, but they wasted 10 minutes of my time trying to selling me extras. Reducing the $4000 excess on any damage would have almost doubled the cost of the rental, so if you're someone who is easily scared into purchasing extra insurance, expect to pay a lot more. They take a $200 bond, which is fine, but they don't return it for 10 business days! The whole experience felt like they were trying to rip us off in about 5 different ways.

Thieves and liars. I was charged $300 for cleaning, and promised photographic evidence and a return call by management. Neither occurred, a complete sham. Disgraceful fraudulent conduct. When I collected the car, the manager behind the desk was discussing with another staff member: how their books were out by $1000 and they needed to, "do something" to rectify situation. Official complaint lodged

The Redspot location at Melbourne Airport (which is the same as Alamo, National and Enterprise) deserves less than one star, but as everyone here knows, there is no such option. We booked a full-size car for a week and a half. Busy times around NYE, but still you have to be able to handle your inventory, and this establishment has lost it. We were on time, but were given a much smaller sedan. The option was to wait three hours - the girl at the counter unsure if that car would even show up. There were only smaller cars and all other agencies were sold out. We drove of in a Hyundai Elantra with 62.000 km behind it - I mean, how do they still have that car?

Took them 2months to return my $1000 deposit, they really need an actual accountant for this job.
