Staff were helpful and friendly and got us going quickly. Vehicle wasn’t clean on side mirrors or windscreen so was not good driving in the dark. Vehicle went well and was comfortable. Cleaning needs to be more thorough as there was leaf debris in the boot sill.

One of the worst car rentals company to ever deal with no value or respect to customers. I had booking for 4 days, SHAH one of the employee was the rudest one. Says to cancel your booking. I booked a Skoda and said MG is upgrade for you. Never booking europcar again went to Hertz best customer service and helpful they look well after customers. DO NOT EVER BOOK EURO CAR. They don’t value customers as the guy mentioned its company’s policy. I asked for any cars no matter the smallest one said need to pay extra $30 per day.

We had a terrible experience with this office. We’ve booked our whole trip using a third party including this car, we paid for a full coverage insurance etc. On pick up we were informed that a physical credit card was required instead of a debit card in case we damaged a car and repairs were needed, we informed that we also took a full coverage insurance but that didn’t make a difference. In fluster we couldn’t find our credit card and assumed we’ve forgotten it at home. They downgraded us from a Mercedes we’ve booked to an Ldv, once all was processed I located our credit card but we’re told they couldn’t reverse a booking. The whole time this car was beeping and messages were coming up on the screen saying airbags needed to be serviced and seatbelts alarms were going off although no one was sitting in them among other messages and issues with the car, we were travelling for a funeral and an unsafe car that wouldn’t stop beeping was the last thing we needed.

Walk in to get my vehicle at the airport, just took a while to locate. Purchased additional insurance for the week to lower my liabilities only to have one go through and one pending for the same amounts. Told it would clear within 5-7 business days. It's now business day 7 and it's still there. Then to be told it may take another week. Bit hard to pay off the credit card as I don't want to overpay it.nnMay I suggest that people don't take out the extra insurance to save on this debacle of an issue.

Great experience renting with Europcar Melbourne Airport. Pick up and return staff are very courteous and helpful. The car itself was new and clean with very low mileage. The processes at both ends are quick and well organized. Keep up the great work Europcar Melbourne Airport Team
