Please stop over promising and under delivering. When people book a car, van or truck it's not because they wouldn't mind having a vehicle, it's because they NEED a vehicle and not having one (as booked) ruins a day.

Slow computer meant check-in took 45 minutes. Slow refund on hefty security deposit.

I had a booking with EuropCar at the Preston office for a van to move houses and they called and left a message six days out and said my reservation was cancelled! Overbooked. No other options given, nothing.  Very disappointing.
