Got quoted a completely different price over the phone and jad to stuff around going to the bank and what should have taken 5minutes picking up the truck took about an hour. Then ran oug of time to drop off truck the same day and had to travel an hour and a half warly the next morning to avoid extra charges.

The guys there are lovely, and are efficient. As a result they come across as wanting to rush their customers through. Regardless ot the rushed service, I was given a nice vehicle and swift process.

Excellent service. Jack and Mickey were great to deal with, they got me out of a bind where most would have made it difficult. The van was in great condition on pick up and the drop off was easy and pleasant. Cheers, Budget Preston.
