Want to say a big thanks to the staff at Thrifty Preston for how helpful they have been. I hired a car for a month and although there were a few initial hiring queries and a small mistake at the end of the rental, they dealt with all of them promptly and professionally and left me confident for any future return rental. Thanks a lot

One of the worst experince. There main aim is to take money from customer. They charge me 141$ to refill the fuel tank. 
If i ask they whats wrong??? 
They said  

The damage charges are calculated as follows:

Rental Charges                                  $38.11

GST                                                        $61.31

Less Deposit                                       ($100.00)

Amount owing:                                 $574.36
The actual damage caused by me was 180$ they charged 674$ plus rental🙁🙁🙁🙁

Still haven’t received my final pay check despite returning my uniform like they asked.

After very sketchy communication on excess reduction was docked $462.50 for the most minor of scratches (with no actual damage to the vehicle panel of the van). Needs to be some kind of review of their process for vehicle repair, due diligence and customer care. Either that or there needs to be a Royal Commission into the panel repair industry. Unbelievable.
