DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I hired a van from the Preston branch in Oct. They have kept my holding deposit. I have called head office twice and have been told I would get a phone call back. Then I was told to email my info to the accounts team. I had no reply! I went to the brach and the people working said he had no way of helping me. I then called head office again and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there were busy and I would get a call back. Guess what?! No preply! 3 days ago I got hold of the Stephen the branch Manager and he said he would talk to his boss about The issue and call me back. No returned phone call!!! It’s now January and I hired the van in Oct. I will never use this company again!!!

Staff here are completely incompetent. Waited 30 mins to be served by a dude who clearly had better places to be and poor at best customer serviceYard had vehicles everywhere and very blocking.
