The owner operates the place himself. I find his service excellent. He seems to be a mechanic himself and knows his cars well. He see his car as his children and maintain them well.  Significantly cheaper than the big operators in Preston and face to face service rather than the big car hire company who ask you to talk to the sales over the phone with head quarter.

Best price- beat the big car hire company by at least $100 to $150 over 3 days. Fast and friendly service - owner operated store and 24 hours service. Thank you very much for making my family trip possible.

I've rented many times from Kola rent a car, and on those occasions I would give them 10 stars. The boss is very nice, and helpful where he can. But on this occasion when I needed a car for 1 day, I was served by an older lady who refused to rent me a Yaris, she told me to take a 13 year old Pulsar for $80 per day or go .. I went - aparantly she's the boss, well she just lost a regular customer.

Rented a Nissan car for two days. The manager is very friendly and helpful, the manager dropped us at the airport on our request. Reasonable rates and not asked for a deposit. Highly recommend this car rental service for anyone .
