Pros and Cons Good and bad : Booked a relocation trip with Britz. Service and rates was absolutely good expect for when I asked for my deposit back. Tried to call 4 times and even their own company staff tried to contact this branch via email but they got no reply. I had to go into the branch in person for the refund of my deposit. Emma and the manager helped me and got the problem solved in half an hour.  Thanks. :nnI’d say if you are using Britz make sure you get the deposit back at the end of trip after they check the vehicle. Don’t let the staff “get back to you” after because what’s left behind may get forgotten.nnAnd please if your branch can be more responsive to customers and other branches under your company that will be helpful.

1st time trying on motorhome. Good service and clear explanation and they provide us a new apollo motorhome. Easy to return it as well. The interior car was new and nice with all nessacity. Thank you so much!

Abysmal service came to replace campervan originally picked up from Adelaide which had a whole host of issues including engine fumes in cab. Replacement was supposed to have been ready at 10am. At 12:30 I was given the keys to a van which supposedly had been checked. Keys too side lockers don't fit plus main side door key missing. Their solution appears to be replace all locks. No alternative van available!! Still waiting. Absolutely shocking service- most people waiting at least 2hrs. Further update- after nearly 5hrs eventually we got on the road and travelled to a campsite. Went to turn on the gas and nearly gassed myself as the cylinder connector had not been done up plus the safety harness was undone. Finally the electric kettle would not switch off and toaster shorted tripping the power. Obviously customer safety and van equipment quality checking is not a priority!!

Staff Very professional and friendly, they explain everything very well.nWe did a relocation and everything worked perfect, very good experience.n100% recommended
