I know for a fact they have  found my  black and white garage remote control in the centre compartment of the car but decided not to let me know or give it back because they don't want to take ownership of their mistake specially Anthony the MANAGER who was very rude and had too much ego by telling he cant help me because the car has been rented out and nothing 3lse he can do. I have been in contact with their customer service, Mark and a lady from their Sunshine West office who told me they will call me back but never receive even 1 call. Finding your customer personal belongings and not returning it is considered stealing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS  COMPANY TO AVOID THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN EVER HAVE

Thought the manager and people were lovely at the time of the rental and then found out that they lied to me about being insured while I was renting the vehicle for loss of keys, they stated that the keys were part of the insurance so I was covered and then I received a bill for $1,200 and roadside assistance charge. Absolutely awful treatment of a customer who is a good human and did everything in their power to find the keys. Please don't fall for their kindness, there was nothing kind about lying and then charging $1,200 plus roadside assistance to a person that was having an awful day.

The car was dirty and less than 3/4 full of fuel.nI called before returning the car to ask whether they'd reimburse me if I filled it full, to which they promised, yes.nThey confirmed that they'd reimburse me when I returned the car.nI have not been reimbursed. And they are referring me to customer service to follow up my complaint. Terrible customer care experience. I'm really disappointed.

Worst rental car company I’ve ever used. Terribly unethical behaviour. The Indian lady on the phone from this branch will happily quote you $250 for something before you collect the car, but once you’ve already got the car, it will suddenly become $5000 I’m not exaggerating, they were the two figures she gave me for a one-way fee.nThe dude at the desk also deliberately filled out my paperwork wrong so that they could overcharge me on return and I would have no footing to stand on. I ended up paying $900 for his mistake.nnIf you have no other choice and I really insist - go anywhere other than Europcar and their demon spawn staff, make sure you take photos of everything on the car luckily I did this so they didn’t try and claim damages - the only thing they didn’t come at me for, read the contract with a fine tooth comb and check for their mistakes and take screenshots, and take a screenshot of the filled fuel on arrival. Because if you don’t, they WILL CLAIM you’ve done something wrong in one or more of these areas and charge next level for it. Cannot dis-recommend them enough.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Car was fantastic, clean  heated seats...geez, I'm going to miss them. Overall, I strongly recommend your next hire be with Europcar
