The guy in there was so rude, I have never been spoken to in such a degrading manner, accused my girlfriend and I of being working call girls!!!

Okay to start I can't put zero stars. DO NOT use these. Spoke with someone called Richard over the phone VERY VERY rude. Does not have time to take your business... Does not have time to answer appropriate questions. Cuts you short over the phone. Glad I didn't spend money. Never would expect to be spoken like this ever.
Glad these review systems are here to inform people of this sort of behaviour.

Rude arogante impatient told me everytime they rent a car to people from my suburb they have trouble. The old guy in the office is not people friendly. They dont even deserve 1 star.

At first the guy didn't seem very friendly on the phone but when I made direct contact, i.e went to the place the offer was good. 3 days rental and I was able to make my trip all the way along Great Ocean road without any problem. I have just got my P2 license and didn't even have the license plate but they accepted the receipt. If you feel they're not friendly on the phone just pop by. I'll be back here for sure.
