Car was clean and as described, available to us even though we booked last minute. We went over the km allowance due to a detour caused by an accident on the highway and thankfully they did not charge us for this. Really appreciated. Good service.

Booked a truck online a week prior to pick up. On the day we were supposed to retrieve the truck I recieved an email stating the truck is unavailable. Then after calling and waiting 2 hours for a call back they sent a text saying they are unable to get a truck from another store. Very annoying considering we needed the truck that day to move and no help or discount was offered for their incompetence.

Just be careful with team member and manager, when your returning vehicle, their may say you put wrong fuel to charge more money from you. That was happened with me once.
