I have hired a lot of cars in the past 10 years and this was the first time a hire car company employee has taken the time to walk through the pre-hire damage report properly. Great service with a smile and the Essendon Airport pick up and drop off service was excellent.

I Hired at truck with a cracked outer mirror casing from these guys. I drove off and drove over a speed hump and the mirror fell out of the housing and smashed on the road. When I returned the truck not only did they charge me for the mirror, they told me the trolley was missing from the trailer and I had to pay for a replacement. I asked them to file the incident with the police to be investigated as I had witnesses that saw me return the truck with the trolley in it. I followed up with the police and surprise surprise, nothing was filed. Do not rent anything from these Con artists! Try Budget in South Melbourne! Great people and no cheap tricks.
