Big store, lots of stock, lots of sales, friendly staff. I was greeted a few times by friendly staff. I was offered assistance. They were polite and welcoming. Good setup. The furniture section and then the electronics. I can’t decide which I like better. I love trying out the couches. I love all to cool appliances too. I always thought of HN as the more expensive one but maybe I should price compare. All the sales looked pretty good.

Recently, I purchased some bedroom furniture from Harvey Norman Hoppers Crossing, and I was assisted by Sam and Mandeep. They made the whole process easy, efficient and stress free. The furniture was ordered and manufactured. Delivery and installation were completed ahead of schedule by a team of highly professional and qualified personnel. Prices were affordable, product of very high standard and 100% Australian made, service and delivery outstanding. I’ve had similar great service from Lorry at Harvey Norman Hoppers Crossing for all my computers and electronic goods, with whom I’ve been dealing with since 2008. Nice gaming desks available. The racetec ones are strong and good. Been using them for a year and feels so comfortable even after sitting continuously for a few hours. The gamings chair made of cloth one is good that the others.

My order number 1862225. I bought sofa with Ottomans on 05/03/2022. They said they have sofa and Ottomans in stock but later on 3rd day I received a call and they said Ottomans doesn’t come with Sofa and by mistake we offer but later some arguments then, they promise Ottomans will be delivered within 8 weeks. After 8 weeks again received a call they said Supplier taking long to said we need another 4 weeks but till now I haven’t heard anything from them. Very poor customer service.

Advice, helpful information and quality appliances at reasonable prices. The portable aircon I was after was out of stockboxingday sales so the salesperson reduced the price of the closest model considerably. I got a larger unit with better cooling for only $30 more. My bunnies appreciate it!
