We went there for my husband's birthday ,Food was okay however service has a long way to go .When I asked for the cake I kept in fridge it was served as I gave them .No candleI supplied not putting on a plate .Very underwhelming.Thwy were not busy ,they just didn't care.Wont go back.Terrible way to serve customers.
Not satisfied with customer service and the product. Have ordered electric recliner lounge in Dec 2020 and have received item in April 2021. I have spent around 3000$. After using for 5 months, middle lounge started shrinking and also it is making sound when we sit. I called Amart hopper crossing and explained the situation but they are least bothered and suggested to talk to warranty team. I called many times to warranty team one fine day a technician has visited my home and looked at the lounge. He has provided comments based on his observations. Again i called customer care and told them that I’m not happy with the product and i need a return request to be raised and refunded. The person said the issue is not related to the structural we can’t provide any return and refund. After requesting more, they have agreed to repair it. After a month a person visited home and he took lounge and repaired. I would be happy if the story ends here but the story is not ended again after 3 months an other lounge start shrinking and making some noice when we sit. This time again I called many times and after waiting for 1 months the technician has visited and provided the same feedback again. Then i called customer service, this time also I explained everything but they are only considering the feedback and not ready to provide any repair, return and refund. What is the point of giving 10 years warranty in this case? This is a very painful experience with Amart and product. I have strongly decided not to buy any product with Amart in the future.
Disgusted. I removed the usual sticker from a product and it removed half the veneer with it, tried to clean off sticker mark with cloth and water and rest of veneer disappeared. Amart stated this is not a defect and that's it. Don't buy from here.
Bought a bedroom set to be delivered, and had to wait for bed to be in stock. Was messaged and emailed that it arrived and to arrange delivery day. Due to work commitments was hard to arrange delivery so I messaged them back can I pick up Sunday 3 to 5:30 pm. Had reply dispatch open till 5pm. Had a hard weekend at farm 2 hour drive home and shift and change cars to take trailer to pick up in hoppers crossing only to find its not at that store but there warehouse. Poor communication
Customer service in this store has been horrible. I spoke to one nice team member throughout our horrible process. Faulty items store level do not help out at all. Even once we had approval from their customer service team it was still an issue. The attitude my partner and I received in store was horrible. We even tried to make light of the situation but no team member wanted a bar of our conversation. It’s disappointing one how the store treats customers, two how many hours we had to waste to get to a resolution. Never again!
Useless service, store opens until 9 pm but you can’t get stock after 7 pm due to only one forklift driver available and he finishes at 7 pm. What kind of service is that. Not even worth 1 star.
Overpriced fair quality. Bought a dining table and when it finally arrived it was a very different colour to what it was meant to be. A few months later, the chairs are so flat cushion doesn't last. Paid $3k for something that should have been worth $1k.
Unprofessional customer service in particular from their managers e.g Ashi. He has extremely poor listening skills and lies to customers. I bought a double bed and upon opening, I found that some screws were missing and one of the boards was broken. Unstead of replacing the product he lied that does not have stock. I am going for a refund.
Bought our buffet table from this place during the EOFY sale in 2022. Prices looks ok due to the sale. Otherwise a bit costly for the quality of products offered. Customer service is a hit or miss.
My wife and I had a great experience at Amart Hoppers Crossing. Our salesperson was Hayden. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying 5 pieces of furniture, got a great deal and left quite satisfied. Thanks for your awesome service Hayden.
