WARNING! Be very careful when buying from Focus on Furniture. My wife purchased a vase on Sunday and I have just tried to return it today (Tuesday) and was told sorry “no exchanges or refunds on accessories” when I was asked why , I was told “it’s company policy” and “it’s written on the invoice”. I eventually managed to get a store credit voucher but I really don’t want to deal with them again and would encourage you to be VERY CAREFUL when buying anything at Focus on Furniture.

Great experience. Knew exactly what we want and Jason was able to make the process nice and simple and quick. He also made sure we understood everything clearly.. including confirming a few times what side we wanted the chaise on. Thanks and look forward to getting our couch 😀

Great choice of bedroom furniture and mattresses and Jay was incredibly helpful in advice, spent alot of time with us and he took care of us with the price too, thank you for your fantastic customer service

(Edit: Got full refund after this review.)Cheaters, Theives. Call what ever you want.I ordered a Penfold 11pc dining set. Next week i went to cancel the order. Now they are saying i need to pay 10% of the invoice price. I haven't received the product yet. Don't even go to that store premises
