They weren't very helpful, delivered half of one bed and half of another. It took some sorting out and they werent apologetic. For $80 delivery and no putting bed together, service was underwhelming.

The phone manner at this store is some of the worst Ive experienced. Happy to take your money and semi helpful when required. They are are curt, and seem disinterested. Nice furniture selection in store tho and reasonable prices.

Worst customer service ever. Super rude staff, have dealt with 2 ladies both super rude,manipulative including store manager. Make you feel they are smart n you know nothing about furniture n mattress. Force you to buy if you dont buy they get angry n rude. I said m playing heaps wt if i dont like the mattress, she said well dont come back there is no satisfaction guarantee we cant do anything so dont come back. Overly priced products fr the quality. Not a happy customer. On thw other hand i dealt with many other stores in their neighborhood just great customer service.

Went in to purchase a new mattress with Sealy as chosen brand (I had one previously and was happy with it - used it for 10 years with no problem). Sales person there highly recommended a Madison brand, which they kept on saying the best quality mattress they have, better than Sealy - therefore justifying the extra $$$. Had the mattress for less than a week and it has 'given in' to my body weight - sculpting the mattress to be much softer in the place where I sleep than others (after only 2 nights sleeping in the same spot!). I weigh 60kg. Turned out my friend was also in the same situation, they were talked into getting a 'recommended' brand few years ago (which is no longer available now) when they purchased the mattress from the same store. It gave in and has significant uneven feel. Lesson when dealing with snooze: stick with the well-known brand and don't cave in to their 'highly recommended' brand even if they say it has better feature and quality! Actually found out Costco has cheaper mattress than their regular priced Sealy.

Sales person didn't provide the required information and because of that mattress isn't functioning well. They do not want to either replace or refund as slats of my bed frame is 9mm and in order to eligible for guarantee it has to be 7mm. Also regional manager Jason advised that mattress is not suitable to sleep in the middle, if i want the best performance I have to sleep in side. spent $2500 on mattress which isn't worth it!
