Received excellent service from Nick today in choosing a new pillow ended up with an athlete contour, he listened carefully to my specifics, volunteered details and factors that I wouldn't have considered and offered several different options for me to try so I could find out which one was truly the best fit for me. To top it off he even knocked down the price a bit without me even having to explicitly ask. Great work Nick!

A gentleman named Mick helped me at Bevmarks Hoppers Crossing. He was very friendly, conscientious of my price range, and a cool cucumber. I didn't think I was going to buy anything when I walked in, but he was approachable and real enough for me to put my trust in him. Didn't wait long for the bed to be ordered in. About two weeks. I was offered reasonable shipping, but we had a ute and Mick and another gentleman helped me load them. The base and the mattress I got were both easy to handle and move. They were adequately wrapped to prevent dirt and damage. I ordered a product called the "Fusion Energize Plush". In comparison to my old sinking mattress, so far it is firm, supports my back, and I have had better night's sleeps since I've gotten used to it. The base was simple, elegant, and most importantly very light. For a renter this was important to me. Overall had a positive experience. Thanks, guys.

Had a fantastic experience today at Bevmarks. My family and I were served by Nick and he was great help. He assisted us a few years back with another mattress and the service was still great when served again today. Nick knew what he was talking about but also allowed me to try the mattresses that were comfortable for me and within my preferred price range! Thank you to Eliza and Mario for their exceptional assistance that they provided in choosing a bed frame earlier this year. They were very helpful in finding a style of bed that I liked that fit within the strict size limitations I had for the room. I had struggled to find one that was the right size for the bedroom, but they were both very diligent in providing me with all the relevant information and found me the perfect bed that met all my requirements and fit the ideal design I had in mind. Eliza, Mario and the team at Bevmarks catered to my needs perfectly, even having the bed delivered to my local store just last week.
