Outdoor Living Direct Hoppers Crossing

We bought outdoor furniture set from this store. It looked nice. When delivery arrived I realised we got one of those furniture that we have to assemble. I tried to avoid assemble furniture because I don't think they are good quality and takes ages to make it. However delivery came broken as photo I attached. Save your time and buy online. It might be cheaper. Very disappointing. Never even look at this shop as an option for next time. We paid almost $1000 for this? I feel like we have been nicely ripped off

No flexibility in mixing and matching furniture sets. Would have purchased from here if not for the inflexibility. Does not give me confidence later down the track that if we're to damage say a chair by accident; that it would be replaced because "they only sell the set" Customer service needs to improve too. *update - first impressions last, I bought my table from another supplier who were flexible and friendly.*

I order a dining room table and chairs from this company almost three weeks ago. Because it was Christmas time, I waited a week to hear from them regarding a delivery. When I did not hear from them, I called them to follow up. I spoke with a nice girl who said that she would look into my order and send me an email. She followed up with an email and advised me that my order was being dispatched the following day and that I would receive an email from Bluestar the courier company. I understood this to mean my delivery was coming the next day, hence I took the day off work to receive my dining table and chairs. I did not receive an email the following day. so I called the courier company Bluestar and they advised me they could not find the order in their system, but if it was being dispatched by Outdoor Living Direct it is coming from Melbourne, hence it would not be delivered that day. They further advised me I would receive a text message with the delivery details the following weeks. I waited another week with no communication from Outdoor Living or the courier company. I then contacted Outdoor Living Direct who said that they sent me an email with delivery details. I searched my junk folder and my inbox and that email was never received by me. I advised them of this and received another email which made me feel like they were blaming me. My issues with this company is the lack of communication. I should have been contacted by them or their courier company to arrange delivery. Its not acceptable that I have to chase for three weeks only to be advised they are not going to do anything to assist me with my order. The customer service does not appear to extend past payment of the goods purchased. I have requested a refund. I am not sure if I will receive it as they appear to have wiped their hands clean of me. I purchased this dining table and chairs thinking I had scored a good deal. But it was not worth it. I should have spent a little more money and purchased from a reputable company.

Great customer service. We went there to get an outdoor setting for my parents-in-law, ended up with two gorgeous furniture. The dining set fits perfectly under the gazebo and the swinging chair is a perfect set to enjoy the view of our countryside.

We ordered a number of different size outdoor bench cushions to our office in Sydney. The quality, colour and varying sizes were great and Outdoor Living were the only ones that had such varying stock as we have all different size seats/benches to accomodate for across 2 level office. Delivery was quick and easy and I was updated multiple times along the way. Will definitely recommend and use again in future.

Excellent range of outdoor furniture at very reasonable prices . I bought an outdoor lounge setting a few years ago and went back to purchase a dining setting. Fantastic service provided by Chris.

Ordered an outdoor setting to be delivered on a particular date. We were contacted multiple times from the delivery company to schedule a delivery way before we were able to take the delivery. When we had our outdoor setting delivered we were missing cushions and arranged a date for cushions to be delivered but advised there has been a glitch with our booking and transport has not been arranged. Not happy and still missing cushions!
