I bought a Venice bed and the whole process was fantastic. Both Katina and Katrina were amazing. Katina gave me a good price and Katrina helped me with the order. The bed was delivered as promised. I am happy with the quality of the bed. I would definitely recommend Beds N Dreams Hoppers Crossing.

We bought our last mattress 10 years ago, and just bought the same one again as we love it so much. I cannot express how happy we are with Katrina and her team at the Hoppers Crossing store. Katrina went out of her way to help us and ensure our needs were met. She was so caring and supportive. We will be recommending them to everyone we know. Just the support alone, after an error on my end, meant the world to us. During a very difficult time, Katrina made sure we had very little to worry about. Thank you Katrina.

Don't trust the warranty in this store at all.i have purchase the full bed set.but the mattres after 6 months becomes really soft and sagged. I have purchased the mattres for $3600. Mattres still under warranty but bed n Dreams staff told me to deal with the manufactures. But why do I have to deal with manufactures companies. When I have purchased stuff from This shop, So much upset, Don't ever want to go to this shop ever again. Please don't waste your money in this store at all.

I shopped around and found Beds N Dreams in Hoppers Crossing and my wife and I liked the bed frame and complete set they're selling and also their customer service. We had issue with the bed's gas lift but it was promptly rectified by Katrina and her team nicely. First impression when I reported our issue, Katrina was so keen to help and assured me that they will resolve the issue. Best customer service I have ever got from any furniture shop. We bought a white bed for our sons room from them. They not only given us free delivery but also gave us an mattress protection free of cost as well. I know these items cost they might already covered in the original price but the way they looked after us was awesome. Fully recommend them.

Our first time shopping with Bed N Dreams, the showroom was appealing and inviting and a very well designed layout, easy to manoeuvre our way through. We didn’t really have anything in mind but when we saw that suite we fell in love. Katrina was an absolute gem to work with. Her knowledge of beds was amazing. She took the time to listen to what was required and guided us in the right direction. We didn’t have to try every bed in the store, the one she recommended was absolutely perfect and right for us.
