Please James Lane as a group may or may not be great. But this store in Hoppers Crossing and it's store manager(Tracey) are the worst to deal with. We went there for a dining table and chair set and was also planning to get a tall boy. Finally , we linked a model and negotiated a deal with her. Was quiet surprised that she gave us a great offer. She marked the price of a clearance prod for a new one. Was so happy when we walked out of the store and scheduled our delivery on the following Saturday as we had our house warming function on Sunday with friend and family. Surprise on the delivery day, they delivered the wrong product to us and when we called to report it the store manager tried to convince us that what we saw and ordered was the one that was delivered and nothing can be done. We had to chase her for a week to request for a refund and she even said that there is no refund as it is company policy. The store manager was not even willing to talk to us for a mistake that they have committed. Not sure what customer service / professionalis man's to them. I highly suggest and request not to go to this store. If you are so determined on James Lane you better go to another store close by. Can't rare them -5 so marking them down for 1 .
