Derik Martin is full of it. Does not return calls or emails take a month. 5 months to cover two chairs what a joke. 5 months covering them you would think they would be perfect, no far from it. Good luck trying to get problems with your item sorted. If I could I would like to give minus five stars they don't deserve one star at all.

They are asolutely hopeless returning calls. If I was running a business it is not the way I would treat my customers.

I read the reviews and thought I would give them the benefit of doubt. Derek does not return calls or respond. Such a waste of time. What a terrible way to run a business.

Don't waste your time . I have left numerous phone messages, email and have not had one call back. Am never going to use them again.
