Huge store with plenty of car parking on the side of the shop. Staffs were really welcoming, friendly and nice. They sell massive selection of outdoor gears and active clothing. We bought 4 shirts and inner layer for hiking with great deal from columbia, cederberg and gondwana. Currently having 20-30% off for Keen and merrell footwears too.

Store manager Oliver is rude and has absolutely no concept of warranty covered by Australian Consumer Legislation. Absolutely disgusting customer service and lack of knowledge. He said “we are just the seller of it, we don’t manufacture it” when trying to explain a warranty issue 1 month past the manufacturers warranty expiry despite ACL applying. Anaconda you need a better manager at this store as he does not do your brand any justice. The staff have always been lovely Otherwise except him.

Big thanks to big Sam for his great service and knowledge on camping products. Also, making us feel at home and allowing us to set up the roof top tent in the back of the store. Really recommend everyone who's looking to buy camping and outdoors equipment to go and check them out. Great products at affordable prices. Don't forget to ask for Big Sam.

Staff were extremely helpful particularly Ben at the till who assisted me on 25th June. There was quite a queue but he didn’t try to brush me off in any way to attend to other customers. He reassured me it was fine and continue to answered all my questions and find alternative stores that could have my size. It was quite a crowd today and the team was still professional and friendly!

Staff have been really nice however the systems and policies you guys have are terrible, I bought a rod and reel combo off you guys, once I got home noticed the reel seat was cracked and reel handle was nicked. Would’ve been happy with a replacement but they didn’t having anymore in stock, they also can’t even do replacements until lockdown is over who knows how long that would be I was then advised to contact support on Monday. Spoke to support, she was soooo bloody clueless, I’ve now got to post the product back and have no idea when I’ll receive a replacement… would’ve just been easier to get a replacement via click and collect but no nothing is that simple with Anaconda… Store is great but the system is floored, will be sticking with BCF from now on. Edit: 2 Weeks in now and still haven’t received a replacement. I was given the option to return the item via post after multiple phone calls to customer service, I paid for packaging to protect the product from further damage and had it posted back. I was told the replacement had been ordered on Monday 6th September, I’ve spoken to the manager Naomi and she told me the item was going to be delivered yesterday, still nothing. Called them yesterday and was told the manager will call me back, still nothing. Tried calling them back “sorry call back later” multiple times over 5 hours. I just want what I paid for… Long story short don’t bother calling support because they are absolutely useless.

Store is has everything you need but their policies are bad. I was about to get a bike displayed on floor but was told no replacement will be offered for change of mind, not even the product is faulty. I was told to get it checked for $30 before taking out of store. They seemed like more interested in getting $30 from me than selling of actual product. Will not recommend this store to anyone if the store continues to have policies like that.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Special shout out and thank you to Shakira and Matt the lovely gentleman at billing who both went out of their way inspite of being a busy weekend to assist us.

Oh my favourite place....i wish google rating was till 10 so I could have given this store a 10 rating. The staff is just so awesome, cooperating, helpful etc etc etc that this is the first place I go to if I have to look for anything related to camping, hiking. They give you the right advice and are not afraid to spend time with you. Very patient people answering all the queries without trying to look busy. I guess thats why they are always crowded no matter what is the weather. I have been shopping at this store from last couple of years and have never been disappointed. Hats off to the team who runs & manages it, keep up the good work!!!

Cooper, a very nice and helpful team member. We bought 2 sleeping bags and he helped us choose it. We were also inquiring about different camping stuff and Cooper explained us thoroughly. He knew what he was talking about.

Good products Good prices BUT no service surrounded by staff but no one would serve me. Dropped my goods on the ground and walked out.
