I reckon I’ve possibly received the best customer service from Alia who went out of her way to ensure the hiking shoes I bought were the right ones.nNothing was too much trouble!nI just wish the level of customer service I received from Alia was what you’d receive everywhere. Did a click and collect, drove to the shop in Hoppers Crossing and was told they send an email saying they didn't have the product and I should have received the email to that effect, and I would be getting a full refund. Well sitting home more than an hour after driving to the shop. Tried ringing 3 times for no answer. Probably should be more receptive to shoppers
Had the best Boxing Day shopping experience with Jinelle. She was sooo lovely and patient. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I give her 12420/5 stars for just being a nice person. We all need more Jinelles.
I have been to this store few times, friendly staff and good products no complaints.nnRecently tried to fill in LPG cylinder on Saturday, response from staff is we can’t do at 4 come in any time earlier than this we could do for you.nnTried on Sunday to fill in the gas around midday, response is we can’t do it now reason is blah, blah, blah …nnReally disappointed. Started to wondering if they really do has refills at this shop.
Huge store with plenty of car parking on the side of the shop.nStaffs were really welcoming, friendly and nice.nThey sell massive selection of outdoor gears and active clothing. We bought 4 shirts and inner layer for hiking with great deal from columbia, cederberg and gondwana. Currently having 20-30% off for Keen and merrell footwears too.
