Was looking for a good bicycle for my daily morning routine.
Staff answered all my queries and more. 
They do know their stuff and are  definitely experts.
I'm extremely happy with the bike I got from them and the excellent customer experience.

Walked in, waited to be served.
Got told by a salesperson (looked like he was 15) that he will be with me shortly. About 10mins later, the same salesperson walked past me, got in his car and drove off. I continued to wait, another 15mins went past and I gave up and walked out.

4 sales staff
One walked out (guessing went home or went to lunch)
One was pretending to be busy out the back
the other 2? talking about their weekend. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE..NO excuse!
Went to 99 bikes. Won't go back here!
Happy I don't live in the area I only work here

Brought my bike here for servicing, ticked all the stuff that I want checked and serviced.  They're ok even though I didn't buy the bike there.  At time of collection, they charged me $80.  Then I checked the bike and noticed they didn't do anything at all.  When I inquired, they said it's ok I don't have to pay-- all good they said. I ask for the papers, the used-to-be-friendly tall guy said he already threw the papers in the bin.  I insisted to see it, then they become aggressive.  So we had an argument and they said they didn't serviced it because I didn't bought the bike there, although they knew and agreed beforehand.  And yet they actually want to charge me $80.  I said I just inquired and thinking of buying the Reign 1 soon, the guy said don't worry about it.  The following week I bought a Reign1 (in Giant South Yarra) and never ever went back here.  They used to be nice, I used to be a frequent customer.  Not anymore.  I'd rather travel far, or better, across the road for a new bike or servicing.

Every time I deal with this business I find them to be helpful above and beyond the call of duty. Our number one place for all our biking needs!

Surprisingly Bad Experience 

Was told on phone that bike would be repaired while I wait...No took 2 days

Was told $20 charge... No charged $25

Will think twice before 2nd visit
