My wife took her bike in for brake pads and they quoted her 660 to service and repair necessary items which included two new wheels. Front wheel was absolutely fine and rear wheel only needed a new spoke.  When I went to get the spoke replaced they refused.  Then they also refused to give me a new spoke so I could fix the wheel.  Not every going back there again.  When did the vehicle service approach of rip off woman migrate to bicycle industry?

I recently had 3 spokes break on the back wheel of my Trek FX3 all in a 5 week period, the team at Trek Williamstown have been very helpful looking into this, the repair time on last spoke was same day return. I will certainly be going back to them for future service, parts and accessories.

Picked up my cruiser today, highly recommend this shop. Go see Darren, he is very knowledgeable about bikes and was not pushy with sales unlike other bike shops whos interest is to push you to buy a $1000 plus bike. Darren listens to what you want and finds the best product. Well done, I will definitely come back for bikes for my kids.  Alan

Super nice staff. They got sorted with a replacement front light after mine was stolen. They have a good range of accessories and some impressive Trek bikes. Will definitely shop here again.
