Here at Bike Force Docklands we are passionate about cycling just like you.

Our friendly and enthusiastic staff are here to help you make the right choice for all your cycling needs, whether it's an off the peg bike or a custom build we'll listen and help you come to a decision. We welcome everyone from beginners looking to get started to city slickers wanting to commute and even Pro cyclist's who are looking for top class parts and service.

Having a fully equipped workshop with qualified mechanics enable us to book in your trusty steed for a complete overhaul or a quick tune-up, so once again it will become your pride and joy!

THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE... Never before have I been driven to the point to submit such a negative and scathing review — but after planning a 2-day service on my everyday commuter with Bike Force Docklands 2 weeks in advance, dropping down my bike for scheduled work on the date agreed, I was called 15 minutes prior to collecting the completed service only to be told they had only just looked over the bike and were about to order parts and that they would need to hold my bike for a full week to get the task done. Not only is this poor communication by them, there was no real excuse as to why the scheduled time booked in was mis-managed and I was not even contacted. If i could give no stars at all I would! As far as I am concerned it's been 3 strikes and they're out! I'm off to hunt out better reliable service with others...

Recently bought a bike from Mel and her team. After visiting several stores, Mel provided the best customer service out of all of them - hence why i purchased my bike here. Great knowledge on everything bikes, good sense of humour and down to earth (ie. not the stuck-up know-it-all cyclist attitude that i encountered at some other stores). Mel wasn't pushy and provided great advice with bike fit. All advice was practical and addressed what i told them i was after. Do a super service too!

Got my bike caught on tram tracks, had a big fall, what a fright for a beginner ! I went into the store and staff helped me get patched up and fix bike. Luckily no major damage. I must have looked nervous heading out as one of the staff members Hue, offered to ride home with me, detouring out of his way home. Thanks - confidence back! Wonderful staff!

I bought a pair of Giro shoes from this store. Took them home and used the trainer to ensure the cleats were in the right position. Found out that the shoes were a size too small. I am normally 42 in all giro shoe (I have 3 pairs) no worries,I bought from a bike shop so will be able to exchange! Well, was told by store person that because they had been worn I couldn't change. This is really disappointing! I am one of those people who buy stuff from a bike shop, not the Internet, I try to look after our cycling industry. . Bike force didn't care, didn't exchange, they just kept calling me mate. I am disappointed that they didn't exchange the shoes, all my friends laugh at me that I still support bike shops. Internet they say,, any wonder! Appalling service, poor exchange and unprofessional way to treat a customer. I would not recommend anyone to use Bike-force Docklands, but still encourage people to support their local bike shop.

I'm a local with an average bike I use to get around town when I need. All I needed was to pump up my tires. I've never experienced such a nasty, hipster attitude towards not just myself, but anyone coming in the store. The staff are disgustingly rude - maybe it's a terrible place to work or the pay rate it rubbish? I now walk the extra 800m to go to the Good Cycle pop up along the harbour.
