Thank you Jimmy! I purchased my MTB there while visiting Australia and was on a tight schedule to get it ready to take with me on the plane back home. Jimmy and the team knew it needed to be packed ready to ship. I got it home and unpacked it and it was in perfect condition. From a customer service standpoint these guys know the score. From servicing and advice, I cannot fault them on putting my machine together. Ive been back home for 3 weeks now and today I received a mudguard, as promised, in the mail. Well done Cycles Galleria! Well done Jimmy!.

Top-tier, helpful, and know what they doing. CG went to great lengths to put together an excellent custom build. Very happy. Recommend highly.

Trust me, this is not the one you just want to walk pass. The best stuffs with professional knowledge and paitent attitude. You definitely will have a great shopping experience here.

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Cycles Galleria - QV and Bourke St with special mention to Josh. I was made to feel so welcome every time I entered the store and the crew helped me out so much, always with a smile on their faces. It's been an absolute pleasure buying my bike off you guys and I look forward to seeing you more when I next come in! 100% recommended! :)
