Reid Cycles

I first bought a bike from Reid Cycles 5 years ago, it's a vintage ladies bike. I love it and ride it a few times per week. The staff at the shop are always great when i go in there. Yesterday i bought my son an X-trail mountain bike, we were served by a young man named Chris who was fantastic to deal with. My son loves his bike. I highly recommend Reid Cycles, first because their pricing is very attractive and the quality is great. Also the staff are very helpful there.

Reid Cycles, Greatest bike experience yet! Friendly staff and good customer service. The bikes sold are priced outstandingly and everything you get is bang for your buck!. Really happy with my experience especially when receiving the Reid x-trail 27.5. Solid and all round smooth and enjoyable ride. Really recommend Reid Cycles for anyone looking for a good bike.

I went to the shop in Victoria St three times in the last two weeks cause I was really interested in one of their top end bikes. Every time the staff members were rude with me. Eventually I decided to run out of the shop because of their very poor customer care and not clear information. Simply they don't know how to approach clients and how to deal with them. I am happy because they have lost at least three clients...and I hope more than three. DO NOT BUY REID BIKES, read other negative reviews and think about a better way to spend your money.

I never leave reviews, however I bought a bike here the other day and the man that sold me the bike was absolutely lovely, so helpful and really knew his stuff. It's also an amazing product for the price and look great! Would definetly recommend

Bought a X-Trail27.5 bike from Reid Cycles on-line. Their delivery promises stated 4 - 7 business days if the bike is in stock. Bike arrived at my door two days later. Very impressed with the service, best on-line experience from buying cycling goods on line. Well done Reid cycles, can't wait to test that bad boy out.
