Poor excuse of a bike shop. I'm not surprised people cringe when they hear JRI. You requested I write a review before you actually want to help me out? You got your review and then you didn't bother following up your end of the deal and staff didn't want to help me when I called back in the following days? I'm glad you never got any of my money. Unprofessional and it gives me valid reason for this review.
