I have so far had a good sales experience at 99 Bikes. I am an experienced and well researched buyer, and had a specific model in mind. The staff member (Madison, I think), had great knowledge of the specific model range and the other models in the same range, and found something more appropriate to my riding style. Just waiting for the bike to come in from the supplier. I should also add that I am very happy they had a good fit system set up as I am a very tall rider.

Thank you so much Taylor " the wrench" for servicing my bike & excellent customer service. My bike is a bit unique & had not been serviced in many years!  I was expecting to have to buy a new bike but Taylor contacted me, was really honest,  discussed options & did an amazing job, rides like brand new & all for $99! Totally recommend these guys, super helpful & very reasonably priced.

My friends and I have just got the best customer service from Nick. He smiled all the times even though we made a heaps of questions. He is really professional in terms of explaining features of bikes and gave us really good recommendations. :) he is the king of 99 BIKE !!!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️😁😁

Absolutely awesome service. Helped me with my rear mech and buckled wheel in order to get home. Also had great deals and the staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the best bike shops I've been to.
