New bike and I'm in love!!   Traded in my old one and they gave me a fair price.  And they switch the brake cables for me before I left and answered all my questions.  Definitely happy!

These guys were really nice and did some work at the last minute replacing brake pads and swapping over a busted tire tube on my road bike. Unfortunately, everything they did had to be re-done later. One of the brake pads hadn't been screwed on properly by the mechanic, and simply fell off 3-4km out of their shop after fixing, leaving me a fun ride home in the dark without a working brake. They also pinched the tire tube when replacing it, resulting in a puncture, slow leak and more time/expense to fix that up too! 

They fixed up the brake pad later at no charge, but these are safety issues that need to be addressed up-front. You trust a bike shop to do a proper job with bike maintenance, and this makes you lose all confidence when they do such a sloppy job with simple tasks. Hopefully this doesn't happen again!

Purchased a new bike a couple of months ago.  There were a couple of issues with it and the manager at the shop has fixed it every time hassle free.

Super helpful staff! They were polite, affordable and efficient when I needed the rear cassette replaced and didn't have the right tools.
