MY NEW GO-TO PLACE FOR BICYCLE SERVICE I wanted to donate my son's bike but wanted to be sure that it was in good working order first. I had previously taken teh bike to a large bike franschsie store that tried to tell me the bike wasnt worth repairing and I should justy buy a new one. Then I discovered Ponybikes... the owner, Sash, gave me a no-nonsense appraisal and the next day my bike was rolling like new :) Clear communication, friendly service and very reasobale cost. The workshop is tucked away in a small alley off Spencer Street but well worth seeking out

Very helpful staff, I bought a second hand bike but was having trouble with it. Stopped by Ponybikes to ask for some help and she was super helpful. Bought a nice helmet from there after :)

A Melbourne institution. Highly recommended. Sash has built a number of bikes for me and they’ve all been fantastic in their own way.

Sasha does a great service and is happy to work out what needs to be done at a price that is right for the customer. After getting ripped off for a service years ago I found Pony and in Sasha found someone who cares as much as I do about keeping my ol' commute running. :-) .
