Story

Opened in 1938 Cecil Walker Cycles is a Melbourne cycling institution. We've been here longer, done it better, and helped out more people than any other bike shop in our great city. Nestled in the heart of the CBD we cater to all types of cyclist. Beginner or expert, commuter or recreational; we cover it all.

Stocking the worlds best brands (Focus Bikes, Giant BIkes, Cervelo, Kalkhoff, Reynolds, Zipp, Polar, BBB, Campagnolo, Shimano, and more), you can find us online at www.cecilwalker.com.au. Purchase in store or online - its still the same great service with the personal touch!

Fantastic service. Initially over the phone when I called up to see if they had the giant road bike I was after. They did not as it was the 2017 model, however I John took his time to explain all the different 2018 options available me. And the service was superb when I came in person later that afternoon and ended up buying the bike I was happy with. In terms of price I was pleasantly surprised upon a quick google search later that evening that it was the best price in Melbourne for that bike! The staff were just as helpful and professional when I came in to pick up the bike a couple of days later when they fitted out the bike for me. I am a novice cyclist so I needed all the help I could get! Then I did the stupidest thing possible and snipped the laces on my brand new shoes while cutting off the tags. I brought it back in and the staff spent almost 1.5 hours working on it to replace with the a replacement slw2 lace system and at the end of it didn't charge me anything! Best price and fantastic service, why would you go anywhere else!!
