The Freedom Machine - Port Melbourne

Top notch service. I have been coming to TFM Port Melbourne for the last 2 years and their workshop are superb! Dan and Pablo are great bike mechanics. They have been very professional and they handle my expensive triathlon bikes with care. They even helped me resolve a warranty issue with my Quarq powermeter eventhough I didn't buy it from them. In addition they fixed and resolved the problem on my bike created by 99 bikes (across the road). Summary: If you have bikes you care about (particularly if they are high end bikes) look no further and get it serviced here.

Great, outstanding service for Australia! Exactly how it should be. Guys working in Port Melbourne shop are stars, very polite! I've just been there this morning. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the guy who took care of my bike. He did it very quickly, was nice and clearly explained me everything. Thanks!

I buy all my gear and have my valuable bike serviced here. The staff are absolutely outstanding and extremely knowledgeable They'll spend whatever time it takes to talk me though the purchase of low cost item or a major service. Always a pleasure to walk in to this big boys' toy shop!

Great knowledge, takes repairs and servicing at late notice (very accommodating) friendly faces and great workshop and component stock. After sales care is second to none. A boutique shop from the outside, but without the pretentious vibe and expensive prices. Would happily give them 6 stars if google allowed it!
