Visited Bike Now today for some help choosing new shoes.  Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.  The guys who helped me, and I mean helped, couldn't have been more genuine in their desire to get me a fit that responded to the particular issues I have and tried a wide range of options before we settled on the best choice for me.  Can't recommend Bike Now highly enough, great experience.  Go there.

How to turn a lemon into lemonade.

Kudos to Sascha for rescuing the situation and bouncing back from what was initially poor customer service. Here is my story......

I purchased an expensive pair of shoes which were way too big for me. The issue being I received very little sales advise and so made an uniformed and incorrect decision. I went back to the shop a week later to request a swap and the best Bike Now would do for me at the time was offer me a $100 "trade in" for a smaller pair, dropping $330 just like that. I was not happy and all and posted negative review. 

So here is the great news story, and what a turn around it was...... a few weeks later the Bike Now store manager (Sascha) contacted me to discuss what went wrong. He offered to rectify the situation by replacing the shoes at no cost to myself. In fact he did better, he upgraded my replacement shoe to the top of the range product. 

I was blown away by the manner in which Sascha dealt with the issue, professional and very customer centric.... it is very clear to me that Bike Now really cares about their customers and they will go beyond the call to make us happy - Well done Bike Now and well done Sascha.  You deserve a 5/5 - I will be back.

These guys are so great, I don't really know where to start. I wandered in one day and asked them if they could service my bike (purchased elsewhere). They immediately offered me a loan bike so that I could continue to commute which I was pretty happy about. They called me a little later and said there was a manufacturing fault. I thought I would have to go back to the original retailer (they weren't great on service) and have arguments... Well to my surprise the team at Bike Now said that they would contact the distributor of my bike and sort it out for me. It took a few weeks to work out, but eventually they secured me a new replacement bike. I figured I would be up with a hefty labor cost, but they were very reasonable and surprised me . These guys have gone above and beyond.... I am yet to purchase a bike from them, but when that day comes I will be heading straight back. Really nice to come across a business that values customer satisfaction regardless of where you purchased. Thanks team!

Customer service was second to none and the bike I rented was perfect. The guys couldn't have been more helpful. Next time I am back in Melboure this will be the only place I use.
