“Heard nothing else except good things” were the feedback I received about Total Rush, and I must say I am not disappointed. Being a very picky customer with almost unrealistic expectation, there are hardly any bike shop with the appetite to entertain a customer like me in this vendor’s market. However the team including Amy, Vee, Casey and Jay have been extremely patient with me over the last 9 months, and delivered an end result that have exceeded and beyond my expectations. Picked up my new bike a week ago. A fantastic team! From sales, new bike fitting and after sales support. Super knowledgeable from entry level tips and tricks to highly specific advice, incredibly friendly and professional. Really glad to be joining the Total Rush family.
I went into total rush for a consultation for my first entry level bike. I met Gus who showed me through their range and was extremely helpful. Whilst picking out a bike I was also given friendly advice on other gear that I was looking for in an affordable price range. I was recommended this store for their friendly service and it was very apparent why. I will be sure to return for any further purchases in the future.
I requested the ultimate service and required quite a few parts being replaced. The overall service was of really high quality and I am very pleased with how my bike is running now. The two friction points I faced with total rush was I had to chase them up 2-3 times to understand when I could pick my bike up. My parts got lost in the mail without informing me of the delay. I didn’t get a quote until I picked up my bike even after requesting one several times. Overall great technical service, customer service could be improved.
The guys in the workshop really helped me out with a brake issues I was having. Fixed it for me right on the spot after I called me them up a few days earlier. Their services is great and the staff are super friendly. Definitely bring my bike back here for future services.
Great price and service! Derek the salesman was friendly and professional, he helped me select my first road bike and accessories tailored to my specific needs. Very pleased with my purchase, highly recommend Total Rush.
Easy booking system. Friendly and approachable staff. Flexible - I brought my own sealant and valves I already had those for a while and they’re happy to convert my tyres. The cafe was a good place to hang out while waiting. Service was fast - bike was clean and feels new again.
Simon, Vee, Jay, Amy, Paulie, Happy and the rest of the staff know their customers needs and wants and just seem to get it right. It’s always a fun experience as it’s not about rushing you straight out the door, oh, and Billy in the cafe is always up for a chat. Whether I’ve spent $5 for a coffee in their store or purchased a new bike for big bucks, the service and friendship has always been the same. Customer service and quality can always measured by how well you are treated using the coffee test ‍
Dropped bike in I’d imported that needed major work over. Paul the mechanic did an awesome job and was excellent at sorting out all the problems a foreign bike has - like swapping brakes over from US to Au. Fast friendly and cost effective. Highly recommend.
Total Rush took excellent care of my me and my bike. Very communicative with texts and updates on the status of my service and repair. You know how sometimes you walk into a bike store and the staff can be a little condescending. Yeh, well, these guys and gals don't play that game. It was nice. Thanks Team =
