Our local office, Atlantic Medical, in South Hill, VA is the best. I talked to Amanda a few times and she was so friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone. She was quick to help me with any questions I had. Also, Adapt Health and Atlantic Medical, kept great records of when they sent information to my doctor's office such as dates, so I could follow up and make sure they got the information they needed for my C-Pap machine. Adapt Health was quick to get me my machine since I was new at this. Holly at Atlantic Medical, went above and beyond, to prepare me for my new machine and was so personable. Atlantic Medical makes you feel welcomed and truly want to help you anyway they can. Thanks for you help!

Holly and Amanda are always Professional, polite, kind and meets my needs. They always explain treatments and the correct course to take. They will return calls to me in a timely manner. The front desk staff, she is very polite and attentive. My visits are always pleasant!!

I met with Christian today and wow is he a fresh of breath air!  He provided outstanding customer service and is extremely knowledgeable at his job.  The other staff members in the office were equally amazing.  Courteous, friendly, and made you feel very welcome upon arrival!  Great work and thank you for your service!

Holly made me feel very comfortable.  She understood my misgivings about using the machine and helped to put me at ease qith it all. She made sure I understood all the information and that I knew I could contact them as needed.

Technician, Chris  Was On Time, Called Me When He Was On The Way. Took Care Of The Matter Quickly, Spoke With Me Concerning How To Operate The New Equipment & Removed The Damaged Equipment From My Home. He Was Very Polite. Chris Provided Excellent  Customer Service

Great people! They were so accommodating and pleasant . Made sure to help me get my daughters medications and when I was having a hard time obtaining them they delivered . Even came in to test the products to make sure it was working!

Visiting Richmond from Asheville NC. They had oxygen concentrator and portable tanks delivered by Dante at Roberts. On short notice they managed to loan me a battery for my portable oxygen concentrator so I could fly back home. A+ service!

Holly did a great job! She took her time and explained things clearly. She answered all my questions and was so nice!

I did test my machine when I got home and so far so good.  Will know more tonight when I put it to the test.  Everyone was extremely helpful and polite .
