This shop offers some of the most reasonable repair prices in Melbourne, they know how long it will take and are ready on time. They focus more on service than sales. They know the internet is here and have adapted. I'm sure if you need something they can get it, but they mainly sell accessories and not bikes. It's also a great location under Richmond railway station as bike riders like me maybe only have a bike. So easy to train in and out to pick up and drop off. Thanks guys.

If you want the best and most reasonably priced bike servicing in Melbourne - this is the place. The staff are laid back and friendly (not intimidating or judgemental like at some of those more "exclusive" bike stores). They also have quite a varied and large range of accessories. I've had 3 different bikes serviced here and never had an issue with quality or price. Not to mention they are pretty quick too!

Bike service beware, you may think you are paying $95 for a service but the true charge will be much more than that. Ended up paying $191 without letting me know it would cost substantially more (admittedly including part costs) with labour for small things like break pads costing $15...something that is basic and can be done at home in 5-10 minutes. Did not advice the extra costs and was left feeling extremely upset. Learning - you get what you pay for, better off going to a more expensive shop and paying the same amount there.

One of the most helpful bike shops in Melbourne with outstanding customer service. No looking down their noses if you are out of shape or riding a clunker, these guys love bikes and treat customers with respect. Many high end racing bike shops should take note.
