Gave me a good advices not necessarily convincing me to buy.  Sales staff or owner? don't know what bike size suits me.  He told me carbon bikes are good and then left me alone to look around and try the bikes.  When I started checking out the carbon bikes, he told not to bounce it because I might break it.  I got more confused and felt unwanted.   Thanks for the advices anyway.

Great place! Upfront with cost, quick service. Had an issue persisting after a service and such, and they fixed the problem as part of the service. Also, just the loveliest people.

Couldn't be happier with our purchase. We wanted to buy something a little above average but wouldn't break the bank and something that will withstand our future MTB activities. We ended up purchasing 5 Specialized MTB Pitch bikes from them on recommendation from the owner and his son. They were both knowledgeable in their products and the service was great. Price was competitive and they had enough stock. If you're after a Specialized MTB or road bike, this is the place. They also stock other brands as well so check out their stock online.

Travelling an hour to get to a bike shop might seem like a waste of time to the majority of people, but I honestly feel this shop offers the best customer service in all of Melbourne. Most of the time in the SouthEastern suburbs customer service is basic but nothing to write home about. In the family business of Ray, you instantly feel someone cares about your needs and they genuinely smile and chat with you like they care not just because it’s their job and they’re getting paid to do it like so many other bike shops I’ve been to. I bought my first brand new mountain bike there yesterday and I can say I am so happy that I gave my money to them over another bike shop. Well worth the travel to be around people who care about you and tell you the truth and don’t just wait for you to get out the door. I absolutely recommend 1000% this store to anyone who is serious about cycling and wants to be around staff who treat them as human and not just a number.. they are the best in Melbourne - spend your money with people who care about you!!

Great place to buy a bike in any price range. I have bought my 3 bikes  2 mountains and a road bike in the past 14 or 15 years ago and had always had a very good outcome and experience. From price to accessories and any questions ask, they where willing to answer. A professional service team who, always gave me the best advice.

I bought a new bicycle here and I am very impressed with their professionalism. I have had a rear Di2 derailleur replaced which was damaged in an accident, and more recently the hanger for the same derailleur. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing when they work on my bike. I have found them to be friendly and easy to do business with. I am a returning customer who has never had a complaint against them. I have been known at times for having very strong expectations toward professionalism within organisations and I will continue to be a returning customer to the Braybrook centre.

I couldn't reccomend this local business any higher.  The owner, which is family owned and run shop is very knowledgeable about the products they have, competitive with their prices and the repairs are fast and done very well.  Support your local business that has great customer service.

Purchased my first bike from Hung in 2005 and my 2nd in 2010. I just came back and purchased 2 specialized comp for me and my wife. These guys sell great bikes and last for years. Was served by Hung and his Son Churn great small family business and will not disappoint.
