Bought a very good mid range e bike from this store (Cube / Bosch).  Initially happy with bike and was happy with sales staff knowledge.

However a warranty issue developed with the bike. I was informed by the retailer that owing to a change in the suppliers arrangements, it would take 6 weeks to fix the issue.

For a bike that retails for over $3,500 this is completely unacceptable. It was not until I threatened an unrelenting social media campaign did 99 Bikes intervene and repair the bike themselves 

To be fair the retailer made a fair effort - reducing the time my bike was off-road from 6 weeks to 2 weeks (both periods are completely unacceptable), however I would not recommend anyone buy Cube. They clearly do not have a customer oriented after sales attitude - find another E-Bike and quiz very hard on after sales support. I was appalled.

I am very happy by the services of the store's sales person. He was very helpful and friendly and took out time to explain about the things I wanted to buy. I am definitely going to this store for all my future purchases.

Jian was amazingly helpful today. I took in my vintage bike with big front basket and he problem solved the hell out of how to fit lights despite the basket taking up all the space up front, figured out and attached a drink bottle holder to a bike without modern fittings. Talked me through pumps and bike racks, adjusted my seat. He was just the absolute best! They're my bike guys from now on that's for sure. ☺ Thanks Jian!

Couldn't see the helmet I was seeking on display. The staff member was very helpful and sourced one I wasn't aware was available. Great price too - perfect!

I never leave reviews but these guys are the best. I went to three other shops in the area, all of which were pretty blunt/snobby or unhelpful with getting a wheel replaced - the guys at 99 bikes were super helpful and i learned a few things, cheers guys much appreciated! I'll be back!!
