I had an issue with a new bike that I had bought from a different store, the help that I received from Kenny and Leana was excellent. Kenny had a quick ride on my bike to diagnose the issue then preceded to work on the problem and fix it for me. All free of charge! Amazing service! I will definitely be bringing my bikes back for servicing etc. Thanks Guys!

Really friendly team and a passion for cycles. I came here to get my bike serviced and they were really helpful about what parts of the bike needs to be tuned up every now and then. I really recommend checking them out.

I booked my bike in for a service, NOT a Trek and after chatting to Kenny for a few minutes and working out we like to ride the same trails I left. Less than 40min later I get a text saying my bike was done and ready to go! I figured it must have been an automated text but no it was actually ready to go. He also fixed a niggling issue and the bike now runs like a charm. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
