Fantastic service. Having not known much about cycling or the value of anything when i first started out, Ryan and Clare were always transparent and happy to offer advice, without pressure to buy something. I wont take my steel horse anywhere else to be serviced. Their quality of work is only rivalled by their fair pricing.

The bikes are good value for money, but more importantly, these folks are reasonable business people willing to work with you to find the right solution if the bike you want can be easily modified to better fit your needs. I bought a bike there the other day and it needed a new part to accommodate my riding style. They were patient enough to figure out what the issue was and creative enough to come up with a solution. They were low-pressure, practical, and have great trading hours. I still need to go back to get some adjustments made that I didn’t have time for, but have been impressed with the purchase experience.

A big thank you to Ryan and Claire from Samson Cycles for always servicing my bike to a high standard and having a very personable service. You'll get the best service here, without a doubt! They complete my six monthly services, fix any tyre and frame issues and will always assist with any random bike questions. Professional, super friendly, high quality workmanship and very prompt with their services. They are open till 8pm too, so I can always pop in after work. I won't take my bike elsewhere. Highly recommend to all! Many thanks Ryan and Claire

So pleased with the bicycle I got there, and such good value! My friend couldn't believe I only paid $339. I've had no issues with the bike so far and i've been riding it every day. The people at the store were very friendly. If you're looking for a bicycle that's good value and also good quality, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Went in to get some help to remove some stuck pedals today. They were a little busy but still maintained awesome customer service, juggling between customers comming in, servicing a bike and helping me out too! Keep it up!
