Great prices, really good deal for my first bike. Staff were helpful and friendly, came back and bought additional gear using discounts they offered for customers who bought a bike through them. Took my bike back for a service and not only did it run great for the next 1100 Km's it also was cleaned and polished. Keep up the enthusiasm Sumomoto.

This place is the only place to go when purchasing a learner bike. Range is spectacular and the Salesman is awesome

Honestly do not buy from these guys. All smiles and sunshine till they get your money. Withheld delivery of bike cause he couldn't look up on computer to see it was paid for and then when they were finally going to send it out, rang me up and charged extra money for delivery than they originally quoted. After delivery, no manual came with bike, when I rang to enquire about them sending me one, was rudely told no and if I wanted it, had to drive all the way in to pick it up. Lots of other things, but basically STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

So I have been looking at buying a bike online and have been coming across these guys ads which is on gumtree and bike sales, anyways they had a nice green colour Honda VLX400, Organe one, Black one Blue one and heaps more about 6-8 bikes photos for $6990 anyways I drove all the day from south eastern suburbs to his shop to find none of the photos he had up online that were at his shop, asked him about the he said they make them custom build and that it will take about 6 weeks to make one and that I should have read his add, well I had read his add and I knew they were custom build bikes but that is false advertising as he never mentioned that the photos he had up were already sold I understand from his add was the bikes were custom built which is common sense looking at them, anyways I said if you. Build one what's the last price on them he goes well something like that green Honda VLX400 would cost $10,000, lol are you kidding me first you don't have the bikes and now your telling its $10k when you have put them up for $6990 These guys were a joke, no proper customer service too, would buy from them in a million years He was telling me he sells 20 of those bikes in a month but mate you did not even have a bike like the ones you have advertised online to show your customers and it takes a minimum of 6 weeks to build them then how do you sell 20 a month? Lol what a whole lot of crap

The gents at Sumoto have treated my bike well for three years. Every time I get it back, I feel like I'm riding a brand new bike home. They're a great team who does great work.
