My car went in for regular service today. First time at Bayford Ford Coburg. They were very professional, courteous and the customer service was excellent. My car was ready on time and I even got a loan car at no cost; no hassles. Very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Bayford Ford Coburg.

The Best Service Centre in Melbourne hands down....talk to Daniel Adamo for all your mechanical repairs...Smartshield Locked ...I had my ECU reprogrammed for under $150!!!!

Cannot comment on the service as I have tried three times to speak to someone here and apparently they really really don't want me to come to Bayford Coburg! I called Ford Yesterday who were transferring me to Bayford Coburg but then (accidently) hung up on me. That's cool, I am capable of calling numbers myself so no big deal. I then immediately called Bayford Coburg direct and spoke to an admin (no name) who promised me a return phone call; no phone call came. I called again this morning and spoke to admin (no name) and asked to be transferred to service and she transferred me to a lady (no name) I assumed this was service and spoke to her as though she would know what I am talking about but then she interrupted me and said I would need to speak with service and transferred me to a Malcolm in service, who was lovely. I explained everything to him and then when I gave my address he said 'you do know that this is Ford in Epping, and not your closest dealer?' I did not, I had assumed I was still speaking to Bayford Coburg. But Malcolm being the great bloke he is said he would do it anyway. I didn’t really want to be travelling this far away (with no car) but I’m not willing to call Coburg back as they didn’t call me back the first time and then managed to transfer me to Epping the next so how good can their service be? Bummer, as it would have been really convenient going to my closest dealer!
