Service good. People are polite. just a little few things like having he paperwork ready to do when they call you instead of waiting for 20 minutes would be better. Just another little thing, if the agent says yes you get a complimentary wash and vac, make sure they vac. Other than that, they are very good.

I bought a used Holden Captiva from them in 2016. I was also sold the premium warranty for another $1100 which reportedly has roadside assistance service among a host of other things. The car has always been serviced by them, once I was late by a few weeks for servicing for some reason. They called me and I told them that I will be a few weeks late and this was okay-ed. Last November, the battery died and when I contacted the roadside assistance, to my surprise I was told that Preston Toyota has cancelled the service without my knowledge. The roadside assistance guys told me that they are happy to provide me the service if they receive a call or email from Preston Toyota. When I called them to inquire, I was told that because I've been late once for my service the "terms and conditions" automatically kicked in and my service was cancelled. I told them about how I was not informed about this clause when I was sold the premium service at a premium price and it turned out to be my fault as well since it's mentioned it the fine print somewhere.I ended up paying for the battery and the service myself after having paid for it in the premium warranty. The person I spoke to told me he will look into it and will get back to me and may be they will re-start the roadside assistance service again. It's been more than a month now and no one has contacted me. Secondly - One of my car's indicator turns faulty every now and then. I've requested them to fix it each time I go for the service and it was fixed every time only to turn faulty by the time I get home. I went to a local mechanic and was told that the indicator wiring looks like being worked upon by a novice. It was a simple problem that was resolved within minutes and has been working fine ever since. Bottom line, I've found them neither trustworthy nor dependable and unprofessional at best.

We bought a brand new corolla from Preston Toyota. The salesmen treated us well before we bought the car but after that, a different story. When we went to pick up our car one day, the floor mat was out of stock so they told us they will call us when it’s available. We waited 3 weeks but no call came through. So we decided to call them and they replied they will check it for us and call us back again. One week later, still no response until I called back and they finally told us that the item is finally in stock but they have been too busy because there has been a sales going on and have forgotten to call us back. So are we not your valued customers anymore once we purchased a car from you?? We are disappointed with the customer service.
