The worst customer service and service centre ever, I did send them my Ford territory with leaking oil, they charged 700 to take the transmission off, then they said a small piece was the cause of the oil leakage costs 50 bucks extra, I took the car. 3 days after, the car had the same oil leakage, I called them, they said we will have a look (again) , they told me that they took the transmission off again to see the problem. Then they called me saying the car is now perfect , I took the car , two day later I saw the same oil leakage, I called them again , they said ( if we to look at your car even it is the issue, you will have to pay for taking the transmission off another 700 dollars). I ended up selling the car so cheap as Ford dealer could not solve a Ford car issue, what a easy of time and money, I would never buy Ford again

Bought a used car from Frank. What stood out was that he was genuine in making sure the purchase was right for me rather than just trying to make a sale. As well, the amazing service department made the use car look brand new once they were finished detailing it. Would happily return to a buy a car in the future. The entire dealership went above and beyond.

Really pleasant experience. I felt like James my sales man was reliable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond for my needs and made sure the car was looking how I wanted it for pick up. Super friendly and honest. Thanks heaps guys, super happy with my car!!

Fantastic dealer with a huge stock and solid prices. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed or like they were trying to force me into a decision. I was helped by Frank who went above and beyond to make the process as easy possible. Great place to buy a car, I’ll be recommending it to my friends!

Gone are the days of dodgy used car salesmen - Frank, Julian & the team made mum & I feel welcome and comfortable. The team genuinely wants you to be happy, you can tell your best interests are being taken care of, and that's important when purchasing something major like a car. Thanks for a great experience guys! Only reason for one less star is that the interior lights were both blown & the car was detailed with excessive armorall. The interior was greasy and pedals slippery. Nothing I can't fix myself but not quite a 5 star rating. Would definitely deal again.
