I recently took my brand new Puma to this Ford dealership for getting diagnosed for some errors, and while the overall experience wasn’t bad, it left much to be desired compared to my previous experiences with BMW and Hyundai where they had way more welcoming and accommodating approach.nnThe most disappointing part was the lack of a loan car, which I’ve always had with other brands. Instead, they offered a $15 Uber voucher – hardly sufficient for most commutes.nnFord could certainly learn a thing or two about customer care from its competitors.

Had an unexpected breakdown and Bayford were able to fix my car within 3 days. HUGE thanks to Samantha in the service department for all her help in getting my car back up and running. Management are very lucky to have a person like Samantha on staff, her understanding and kindness are invaluable traits that all customer service staff should strive to demonstrate. 11/10 stars for Samantha!

Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership’s service was both expensive and disappointing. I requested several items to be checked, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally and investigating the issue, I was made to feel as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. There also seemed to be a lack of understanding between standard and aftermarket options for my car.nnI specifically asked for a wheel alignment, rotation, and balance to be done, but only the rotation and balance were completed. As a result, my alignment is now completely off. On top of that, I asked for a follow-up call the next day but didn’t hear back until two days later.nnWhile they were quick to take my payment, the service didn’t meet expectations. I won’t be returning to this dealership and will instead look for a local mechanic who values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
